Introduction
This is a bible study focusing on what the bible has to say about eating in a healthy manner and losing weight.
Every day there is one or two bible verses which you should read and then answer some points about the passage. Then at the end of the week there is a review.
For this study you will need:
- bible ~ 2 versions would be great for comparison
- dictionary
- notebook
- pencil
- papers on which to draw charts
- scale ~ for weight ONCE A Week
- measuring tape
- food diary
Set a goal for the week at the beginning of the week. Not a loss-of-weight goal but rather a goal about your habits that influence your eating.
Set up your notebook with this kind of chart of each day:

You will also be keeping track of what you eat and how much you exercise. It is convenient to have small notebook that you can carry in your purse in which to keep track of your food when outside the house.
