Day 5 Scripture

Romans 6:16-18;   Acts 10:34-35   Belonging to God

16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey,
his servants ye are to whom ye obey;
whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin,
but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine
which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin,
ye became the servants of righteousness.

Acts 10
34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said,
Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
35 But in every nation he that feareth him,
and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Thought for the day:
I can choose to obey Christ or to follow a program. While the methods may appear to be identical, the motivation is quite different.

Today's Challenge:
I will see all God's children as His and to appreciate them as such.
